Job summary

Cintra Realty Group in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's physical condition, ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments for residents, and protect the owner's investment.

You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances; complete work orders promptly; troubleshoot issues; and assist with preventative maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues to determine repair solutions.
• Assist with preventative maintenance schedules to minimize costly repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and ensure standards.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities in clean condition.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Document all work orders with notes and photos in the PM system.
• Ensure repairs comply with local codes and safety standards.
