Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented maintenance and groundskeeper to maintain property appearance, manage outdoor spaces, and support guest services. You will perform landscaping, snow removal, basic repairs, and assist with event setup.

You should be comfortable using power and hand tools, have a valid driver’s license, and work independently while ensuring safety and confidentiality across interactions with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and experience with power and hand tools.
• Experience in lawn maintenance, snow removal, and equipment repair.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, light carpentry skills, and knowledge of HVAC and water systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, independently complete tasks, and handle specialized equipment.
• Professional interaction with guests, coworkers, and management, maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat appearance of the property, including grounds, buildings, and outdoor areas.
• Perform trash removal, landscaping, snow removal, and groundskeeping.
• Conduct light carpentry, plumbing repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of event spaces.
• Complete work orders efficiently and maintain tools and equipment.
