Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, property maintenance, handyman, or similar experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of lawn equipment, hand tools, and power tools, along with the ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel between assigned properties.
• Dependability and availability to respond to seasonal needs, including snow and ice events and occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
