Job summary

MPW Industrial Service Group is seeking a dependable Grounds & Property Maintenance Tech to care for outdoor spaces across multiple properties. You’ll perform lawn care, landscaping, seasonal maintenance, and basic handyman tasks while working independently across assigned locations.

You will travel between properties, adapt to seasonal changes, and help keep walkways clear and safe. The role expects reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to property upkeep year-round.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, property maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control.
• Maintain landscaping, flower beds, shrubs, and other outdoor areas.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and entrances.
• Apply salt or ice melt as needed to maintain safe walking and driving areas.
• Remove trash, leaves, branches, and debris to keep properties clean and well maintained.
• Perform seasonal property cleanup and general grounds maintenance.
• Complete basic handyman and light maintenance work, including minor repairs and routine upkeep.
• Replace light bulbs, change filters, and tighten or replace hardware as needed.
• Assist with basic painting, pressure washing, cleaning, and property improvement projects.
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance or safety concerns requiring additional attention.
