Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a dedicated Porter for Southerly LoSo in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, hourly role supports property cleanliness, safety, and resident service under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include inspecting facilities, keeping grounds tidy, removing debris, and routine pool upkeep. Requirements: 1 year porter or similar experience, basic cleaning knowledge, high school diploma, valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
