EMBREY is recruiting a Porter for Southerly LoSo in Charlotte, NC. You will help maintain cleanliness across the property, assist with ground and unit upkeep, and provide courteous service to residents and team members.

As a Full-time hourly team member, you’ll report to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, with a benefits package including healthcare and a 401(k) plan and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
