Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Porter at Collection Schertz Station in Schertz, TX. You will help sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

The role is full-time, hourly, with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k). You will inspect and maintain the property, support grounds and pool maintenance, and report to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
