Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Porter for Southerly LoSo in Charlotte, NC to maintain cleanliness and support a high-quality living environment.

You will inspect and maintain property, assist in grounds and building upkeep, and provide friendly customer service to residents and guests. This position is hourly, full-time, with competitive pay and benefits including healthcare and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Porter in property management or similar.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Porter at Southerly LoSo. As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
