B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of our Greensboro, NC community. You will support daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and property upkeep to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting exterior areas, keeping common spaces tidy, and assisting with maintenance tasks to support a welcoming living environment for residents. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property and common areas.
• Inspect exterior grounds daily and remove trash and debris.
• Assist with painting curbs, touch-ups, and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Support maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outs as needed.
• Clean clubhouse, offices, amenity spaces, and pool area; keep logs for safety and cleanliness.
