Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Porter for The Artesian at Bee Cave to inspect and maintain the property, assist with groundskeeping, and ensure a safe, attractive community. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and offers competitive pay with benefits.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Porter experience in property management, basic cleaning/maintenance knowledge, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure grounds, buildings, and units are safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
