Qualifications

• 5+ years conventional/market rate property management on-site experience.
• Management experience with staff including assistant managers, leasing and maintenance personnel.
• Fair Housing knowledge and awareness of relevant laws.
• Proficiency with property management software and common office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management operations for on-site staff, vendors and residents.
• Inspect properties, manage turnovers, and ensure make-ready standards.
• Develop and implement leasing, marketing and renewal strategies.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, controls, and cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate with owners and RPM to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Lead risk management, safety compliance and policy enforcement.
