Woodward Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance for our Upper Darby portfolio, spanning 13 residential properties with 637 units.

You will lead technicians, ensure building systems are optimal, and deliver excellent resident service. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, overseeing HVAC/plumbing/electrical work, coordinating contractors, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Must be available on-call 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform and oversee maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergencies.
• Schedule and track routine inspections, including unit turnovers and grounds maintenance.

Job Summary
