Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities maintenance team to enhance resident experience and ensure preventative maintenance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members; cross-train for flexibility.
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee turn process and contract management for vendors.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across facilities.
