Job summary

Westminster Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance, inspections, and staff development across our communities in Virginia. You will oversee service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety programs while partnering with residents and management leadership.

You will train and mentor the maintenance team, manage vendor contracts and the annual budget, and drive reliable, high-quality service across properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management or 5+ years in property management.
• In‑depth knowledge of maintenance practices, safety protocols, and fair housing regulations.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating with residents and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a dynamic maintenance team to deliver top‑note service.
• Oversee all community maintenance work, including service requests and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance programs and inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inventory updates, and team evaluations.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the maintenance staff to reach new heights.
