Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the ongoing upkeep of a high-complexity multi-unit residential property. You will oversee mechanical maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general facilities tasks, ensuring safety and reliability across interior and exterior areas.

The role requires 3–4 years of related property experience, strong English communication, and EPA/HVAC licensing.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High school diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property experience required.
• English communication skills in writing and speech are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff, hire/train/schedule, and assess performance.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC systems.
• Perform carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors, obtain bids, and manage vendor relations.
• Perform preventative maintenance duties and upkeep of the property.
• Other duties as assigned.
