Westminster Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager in Miami to lead a dynamic maintenance team and oversee all community maintenance activities. You will drive service quality, safety, and resident satisfaction while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in multifamily property management or 5+ years in the field, with strong leadership, safety, and communication skills, plus familiarity with Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management or 5+ years in property management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety protocols.
• Experience with property management software and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a maintenance team to deliver top-notch service.
• Oversee all community maintenance work including requests, preventive and emergency repairs.
• Maintain effective maintenance programs to protect the property.
• Keep inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Serve as a role model and uphold policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and comfortable living environment for residents and staff.
• Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and leadership to ensure the community is well-maintained.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and manage vendor contracts to optimize service delivery.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inventory updates, and team evaluations.
• Train, mentor, and inspire maintenance staff to reach new heights.
