Job summary

WGA Legacy Property Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to safeguard the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and full functionality in line with company standards.

You will handle work orders, make-readies for vacant units, manage materials, document tasks, and help maintain common areas. This role requires on-call availability, hands-on repairs, and strict adherence to safety policies and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and repairs.
• Proactive inspection to identify issues.
• Must be available for on-call and respond within 1 hour.
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely to support team.
• Maintain curb appeal and make-readies.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance per safety standards.
• Prepare vacant apartments via make-ready process.
• Procure materials and notify on re-orders.
• Document maintenance requests accurately.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, amenities.
• Repair parts to save costs when feasible.
• Assist in property inspections and safety meetings.
