Job summary

Vidalta Property Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep the property's assets in excellent condition, handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and deliver strong customer service.

You will respond to service requests, complete make-ready turnover within 7 days of vacancy, maintain safety compliance, document work, and communicate clearly with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2-3 years of property/apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC, CPO or other specialized trades certification a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and prioritize emergencies.
• Perform routine and complex repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Complete make-ready turnover within 7 days of vacancy.
• Inspect and document repair needs and rekey unit locks per policy.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance and keep maintenance records.
• Communicate status of work orders to residents and staff.
