Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Florida to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain the property’s interior and exterior to RPM standards within budget, enhancing resident satisfaction.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets, prioritize work orders, and ensure safety and compliance while mentoring a skilled team to deliver reliable maintenance services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years multifamily maintenance experience or equivalent.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of the property and grounds and develop a skilled team.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Review work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, and incident reporting.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Liaise with property manager and respond to emergencies.
• Implement preventative maintenance and after-hours readiness.
• Mentor maintenance staff to improve skills.
