Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and keep the property in top condition while controlling costs. You will lead maintenance staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, maintaining records, and mentoring the team to deliver efficient services, with on-call after-hours support and adherence to OSHA rules.

Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience or training.
• EPA certification required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• Proficiency with budgeting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of the property and grounds.
• Maintain the property's operating budget and obtain competitive bids.
• Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs.
• Review and prioritize work orders for timely completion and satisfaction.
• Oversee safety/compliance and construction projects; report injuries.
