JCMLiving in Lancaster, PA seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a market-rate apartment community. The candidate will lead teams, maximize occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive service and strong leadership.

The role requires hands-on oversight of leasing, collections, budgets, and capital projects, with a focus on safety and curb appeal. Excellent communication and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus; proficiency with property management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property manager experience in market-rate multifamily communities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.

• Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office.
