Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building operations.
• Ability to supervise third-party vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and compliance.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with basic computer literacy (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the property to ensure owner satisfaction and high service reviews.
• Serve as a role model for company standards and values.
• Cultivate relationships with residents, employees and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate, negotiate and manage services/contracts; ensure vendors are approved.
• Schedule and supervise service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise site janitorial work, ground work and all site inspections; manage third-party vendors.
