The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, a valid CT driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. You will work a 40-hour schedule with occasional longer days and travel between sites, reporting to the Executive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of repairs and general maintenance experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Connecticut driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Meet state standards for good moral character.

Responsabilités

• Implement agency policies, procedures, and commitments.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines and best practices.
• Safely drive the company vehicle and follow driving rules.
• Work independently without supervision.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed.
