This hands-on role requires responsiveness to resident service requests and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will perform make-readies, assist with inspections, and help maintain property appearance, systems, and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing maintenance operations.
• Hands-on, results-driven team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines and respond quickly to service requests.
• Willingness to work on nights/weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards.
• Respond quickly to service requests and resolve work orders.
• Complete make-readies and ensure vacant units are move-in ready.
• Assist with inventory, on-call emergencies, and safety compliance.
