Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for multifamily properties. You will manage the maintenance team, hire/train staff, and ensure all work orders, routine upkeep, and Make Ready tasks meet safety and quality standards.

You will monitor budgets, order supplies, and enforce company policies while maintaining strong resident and vendor relations. A background in apartment maintenance and OSHA/MSDS knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• OSHA knowledge and MSDS regulations
• Supervisory experience 1-3 years
• Experience in apartment maintenance 2-3 years
• Strong communication and delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and evaluate staff
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish
• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs
• Inspect work and enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
• Manage inventory and assist in budgeting for maintenance
