Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across our properties. You will lead the maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance skills, and the ability to manage budgets, preventive maintenance, vendor inspections, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance.
• Strong communication and delivery skills to connect with all levels.
• Proficient computer skills and property management software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and manage performance evaluations.
• Handle work orders, routine upkeep, and Make Ready process.
• Inspect work, ensure safety, and manage inventory and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
