American Campus Communities is seeking a Service Manager at Tower at 3rd in Champaign, IL. You will lead the facilities maintenance team, coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relations to ensure high resident satisfaction and top property performance.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, oversee safety and compliance, and collaborate with property leadership to optimize budget and operations for the property.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• 2-3 years’ proven mid to high-level tech experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
