Quantum Residential is seeking a skilled on-site Maintenance Tech to handle apartment upkeep, light repairs, and safety-compliant work. The role requires HVAC journeyman or higher license plus plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance experience.

The job entails coordinating make-readies, managing inventory, and responding to after-hours emergencies to protect property quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years related experience in property management or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance/repair tasks in a timely, professional manner.
• Document work performed on service requests and communicate with supervisor daily.
• Inspect vacated units and complete make-ready to standards.
• Order parts, maintain inventory, and coordinate with vendors and on-site staff.
• Provide after-hours emergency maintenance as required.
