Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience in property management preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain the property by inspecting exteriors and common areas daily.
• Complete make-ready inspections and ensure units are market-ready within required timelines.
• Order parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors and the on-site manager.
• Follow safety procedures in accordance with OSHA and health codes.
