Job summary

Quantum Residential seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to organize, coordinate, and manage the overall property maintenance program across the site in Peethill, CA. You will supervise on-site staff, oversee make-readies, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards and timely service requests.

Qualifications

• Two years related property management experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (email, word, excel).
• Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repair in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure all service requests are completed daily and documented with parts used.
• Maintain inventory, order parts, and coordinate with vendors and the on-site manager.
• Inspect vacated apartments, complete make-ready checklists, and ensure market readiness of units.
• Supervise on-site staff, coordinate work orders, and enforce safety standards.
