Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance.
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor.
• HVAC certified.
• Pool certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
• Improve processes and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques.
• Lead training and retention of team members.
• Review work orders and allocate tasks.
• Manage monthly and yearly budget overages.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and property inspections.
• Inspect HVAC units during turnover and diagnose issues.
• Close out work orders and monitor progress.
• Pursue ongoing education through EMBREY University and partners.
