Job summary

The Maintenance Supervisor at Harbor Group Management oversees maintenance operations across community buildings, grounds, and amenities. This hands-on leader coordinates the maintenance team, handles service requests, performs preventative tasks, and ensures safety and quality in line with company standards.

You will manage inventory, schedule in-house and vendor work, and drive cost-saving initiatives while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' multifamily maintenance experience including turnover/make-ready processes.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification may be required by property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to ensure timely task completion.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Respond to resident service requests and close work orders per standards.
• Lead make-ready inspections, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
• Ensure common areas and exteriors are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
