Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, lead a team, and manage service requests across the community. The role focuses on safety, cleanliness, and reliable repairs, with hands-on leadership and vendor coordination.

You will handle preventative maintenance, inventory, and budget-conscious decisions while delivering strong customer service to residents on a fast-paced property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification as required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance team.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical issues.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders.
• Oversee make-ready process with vendors.
• Ensure common areas are clean and safe.
• Coordinate in-house and contractor work.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and order parts.
• Uphold safety protocols per OSHA and MSDS.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
