Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations across our properties. You will own your role, deliver outstanding resident service, and supervise maintenance staff to keep systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, drywall, and other trades, with a valid driver’s license and a proactive, professional demeanor. EPA or CPO cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Ability to deliver excellent resident service.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance (pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and inspections).
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory for the property and management company.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
