Job summary

Millennia Housing Management is seeking a Regular Full-Time Custodian in Lakewood, OH to maintain the property’s public and common areas, interiors and exteriors, model units, and grounds. You will perform cleaning, trash removal, snow removal, and report issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• One year of maintenance/custodial/groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to read English sufficiently to understand written work orders.

• Willingness to travel, typically 1–3 days.

Responsibilities

• Read and carry out work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Perform cleaning schedules and inspections of exteriors, units, and grounds.
• Inventory, care for, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual circumstances to supervision.
• Operate in compliance with OSHA safety policies and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance and punctual attendance.
