Responsibilities

• Read and carry out work orders promptly and thoroughly.
• Carry out cleaning schedules and functions.
• Inspect exteriors, units, equipment, and systems to determine cleaning needs.
• Perform groundskeeping and related tasks.
• Record work, cleaning, and improvements performed.
• Inventory, care for and maintain cleaning products and supplies.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to supervision.
• Apply chemicals and use hand/power tools as required.
