This full-time role offers a benefit package and an hourly wage based on experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on residential maintenance experience across carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC with heat pump experience, groundskeeping, and apartment preparation; strong customer service and ability to work with vendors; and willingness to cover on-call shifts

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential building maintenance including carpentry, drywall/plaster, plumbing, electrical, HVAC with heat pump experience, grounds/landscaping, and apartment preparation.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to on-call, occasional overtime, and assist at other sites as needed.
