Job summary

Breeze Workforce Foundation in Chandler, AZ is seeking an organized Property Manager/Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the focal point for all maintenance requests.

You will manage the full work order cycle from triage to vendor dispatch, coordinate with owners and residents, and ensure timely, quality work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of residential property management experience or maintenance coordination.
• Valid AZ driver's license.
• AZ Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, triage requests, communicate with owners and residents and vendors.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure quality and timely work.
• Provide clear communication with owners, residents and vendors.
• Request multiple bids when necessary.
• Follow up, follow up and follow up.
• Provide after-hours coverage for emergencies.
