Job summary

Real Property Management Principles is seeking a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator in Avondale, MO to handle work orders and ensure properties stay well-maintained, including pools, landscaping, appliances, and HVAC systems.

You will coordinate internal and vendor repairs to keep the property shining between tenants and during residency, joining a collaborative team focused on resident experience and property improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service – front line service team member, you interact with residents professionally and maintain appearance.
• Improving Properties – provide great customer service and get the job done right to help residents love where they live and owners improve the property.
