Job summary

Real Property Management Principles is seeking a Maintenance Work Order Coordinator to manage maintenance requests and coordinate tasks across internal teams and vendors. The role focuses on keeping properties in top condition and ensuring great resident experiences.

The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance coordination, clear communication, and dependable service, with a pay range of $18-$23 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
• Familiarity with maintenance and/or trade work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work including: general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, light groundskeeping, appliance installation/maintenance, trash/large object disposal, pool maintenance and more.
• Front line service: interact with residents professionally, present a neat appearance and provide friendly, timely service.
• Improve properties by delivering great maintenance and reliable service to owners and residents.
