Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Residences at Grayson Heights in San Antonio, TX. You will maintain buildings and amenity areas and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations to meet residents' needs.

The role is full-time hourly with competitive pay and benefits, including healthcare and a 401(k) plan. Applicants should have at least one year of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on-call 24hours, seven days a week.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintains supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
