CMI-HR & Facility Solutions is seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Assistant to support general maintenance, lawn care, cleaning, and organization of facilities in Columbus, Ohio.

The role involves cutting grass, weed removal, debris cleanup, indoor/outdoor cleaning, and assisting with basic landscaping. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to perform physical labor all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in general labor or property maintenance preferred.
