Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of Commercial Property and/or Liability Product Insurance experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new insurance products from concept to launch.
• Manage existing and new products to meet production and profitability targets.
• Drive rate and pricing decisions with actuarial, distribution and underwriting teams.
• Provide guidance to production underwriting at risk and portfolio levels.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle and milestones.
• Define and prioritize product requirements focused on customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products.
• Own competitor intelligence strategy and market insights.
• Present roadmaps, performance, and strategies to senior management.
• Collaborate with AI team to implement underwriting guidelines.
• Manage and develop a small product team.
