Job summary

Berkley One seeks a Product Owner/Manager to drive roadmaps for property and casualty insurance products. You will partner with product managers and leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans and maintain the product backlog.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles.
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance environments (Personal Lines preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance policy administration, underwriting, rating, or operational workflows.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Product planning & roadmap execution; translate goals into roadmaps.
• Own and manage the Product backlog; document requirements clearly.
• Partner with technical teams to clarify requirements & support design discussions.
• Validate delivered functionality against business expectations & acceptance criteria.
• Continuously evaluate processes and opportunities to improve efficiency & customer experience.
• Apply Lean, Agile, or process improvement methodologies to optimize operations.
• Collaborate to evolve Product Management and Product Operations practices.
• Prioritize work by business value, regulatory requirements, and delivery considerations.
