Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of Commercial Property and/or Liability Product Insurance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; PowerBI experience.
• Self-directed and able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong planning and organizing capabilities.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of new insurance products, including underwriting guidelines, from concept to launch.
• Manages existing and new products to ensure production and profitability targets are met.
• Key stakeholder in driving rate and pricing decisions with actuarial, distribution and underwriting teams.
• Guides production underwriting at single risk and portfolio levels.
• Manages end-to-end product development lifecycle and milestones.
• Defines and prioritizes product requirements with customer-centric focus.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Owns competitor intelligence strategy and market intelligence.
• Presents product road maps and strategies to senior management.
• Collaborates with AI team to implement Underwriting Guidelines via proprietary AI software.
• Manages and develops a small product team.
