Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX to attract and screen prospective tenants, present available properties, and negotiate leases. You will work with the property manager and team to drive occupancy, uphold policies, and deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include tours, applicant screening, lease paperwork, move-in support, and timely responses to inquiries. Experience with property management software and marketing activities is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants; provide information about available properties.
• Conduct property tours and showcase features to drive leasing.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins for a smooth process.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and in-person; schedule appointments.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reports and update records.
