Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to prospective tenants and maintain occupancy.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct tours.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with reporting.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies.
• Work weekends 1-2 weekends per month.
