This full-time role requires strong communication, sales skills, and attention to detail. You will coordinate with the Property Manager, handle move-ins, respond to inquiries, and contribute to marketing efforts across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
• Conduct property tours for qualified prospects.
• Prepare lease paperwork and negotiate terms.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate appointments/move-ins.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reports and communicate with the Property Manager.
