2B Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for Steelcote Square in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on delivering excellent resident and prospective resident experiences while supporting property operations and leasing processes.

You will greet guests, tour prospects, coordinate move-ins, and maintain Yardi records. The position offers a part-time schedule up to 21 hours weekly with Saturday availability and potential commission bonuses based on performance.

Formación

• Previous leasing experience (preferred).
• Yardi & CRM experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects; follow up on guest cards.
• Maintain model apartments; ensure cleanliness and restocking of move-in gifts and snacks.
• Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages throughout the day.
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
• Assist with planning and hosting after-hours resident events as needed.
• Prepare move-in folders and maintain the business center, coffee bar, and pet bar.
