Olympus Property in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager for Stonepointe University Place. The role supports residents, handles office operations, and collaborates with the Leasing team to show apartments and drive retention.

A strong emphasis on integrity, team culture, and timely financial processing is noted. The position requires onsite work, flexibility for events, and experience with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross trained Leasing Consultant.
• Experience with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software strongly preferred.
• Ability to assist Leasing team with showing apartments and resident services.

Responsabilités

• Maintain office and resident files with integrity and confidentiality.
• Safeguard and deposit all monies and record in the operations system timely.
• Address resident comments or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with leasing when needed and inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences and monitor rental collections.
